This is my workout routine for everyday, you may copy it if you would like. I tried to get every muscle to fit in. Some workouts benefit more than one muscle but isn’t listed more than once a day. If you still don’t understand don’t be afraid to ask but make sure you google the workout first and see if there are videos that will explain better:
