This is my workout routine for everyday, you may copy it if you would like. I tried to get every muscle to fit in. Some workouts benefit more than one muscle but isn’t listed more than once a day. To learn how to do these workouts you can go to the link below. If you still don’t understand don’t be afraid to ask but make sure you google the workout first and see if there are videos that will explain better:
